Mosaic Butterfly Tray in Black, Brown, and Tan Pen Shell by R & Y Augousti

Vintage tray by R & Y Augousti, handcrafted in exotic materials featuring lacquered and hand-dyed pen shell over a wood frame. Rectangular tray features pen shell inlays in tones of black, brown, natural, and tortoise. The inlays create a series of geometric butterflies, circles, and stripes. Fitted with ebonized palm wood handles. A rare vintage find, as R&Y Augousti no longer produces this series.
